置換「雙動式人工髖關節」 蹲低不再怕脫臼

從事土水師傅的林先生,貼磁磚技術一流,許多施工案排隊等他,整年少有休息,1年前覺得搬重物時左鼠蹊部隱隱作痛,起初以為太疲勞或肌肉拉傷,因病況日愈嚴重,連想蹲低工作都沒辦法,他到成大醫院檢查發現居然是比骨質疏鬆更嚴重的骨壞死。

微創置換 當天就下床3天出院

成大醫院骨科主治醫師戴大為為林男做X光檢查,看到承受上半身重量的股骨頭左髖部已經壞死,關節面無法承受身體重量而坍塌、疼痛難耐,患者選用雙動式陶瓷人工髖關節,並以微創手術置換,手術當天下午就能下床站立、行走,住院3日後出院、不到1個月就回到工地。

戴大為表示,股骨頭壞死在早期可考慮藥物治療或減壓手術,但若關節面已塌陷,就剩置換人工髖關節一途。對於有脫臼或創傷病史、髖關節局部軟組織受損、肌張力不足及蹲著工作等活動角度需求較大的族群,可考慮新的「雙動式」人工髖關節。

戴大為說,這種雙動式人工髖關節,可解決傳統髖關節手術後為避免脫臼,不能坐低椅子、綁鞋帶、蹲低等活動限制,可活動範圍接近仿生的髖關節;在材質上,陶瓷比傳統金屬頭更耐磨、不易附著細菌,有效減少脫臼率,延長人工髖關節使用壽命,即使蹲低施作地板、磁磚都沒有問題。
